Beloved wife of the late Desmond Fullerton, Mother of Maureen (George) and Catherine, Grandmother to Grant (Dana), Chad (Suzanne), Courtney (Rod), Tatum, Sandy (Jess), Scott (Erin), Great Grandmother to Kyler, Miyaray, Julia, Mateos, Mackenzie, Samantha, Aoife, Eila, George, Daniel, Harper, Hunter, Charlize, and Baby Shantz. Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Nan to many.
Quietly and peacefully Pat passed away with angels by her side.
She was a strong, independent woman who lived a life full of family, laughter and joy.
She shared compassion with others and her wit kept everyone laughing.
Her infinite soul will guide us through life and give us the strength to carry her legacy forward.
As per her wishes a family interment and celebration will take place.
The family cannot thank Riverview Terrace enough for their care and support of Nan especially Andrea, Dana, Toni and Sandra.
A Special thank you to Jackie Rosati for assisting the family on Nan’s final journey.
