Mound BillMOUND, William 'Bill' Arthur - July 22, 1956 - January 10, 2019 - Bill passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, after a five-year battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

He was born in Trenton, Ontario to the late Olive (Proffitt) and Edwin Mound.

He is survived by his wife, Lynne; children: Ashely (John Sullivan), Jennifer (Bryan Killeleagh), Vanessa (Jason Roberts), Michael (Saliya) and granddaughter, Brooke Killeleagh.

He will be held dear in the hearts of his sister Patricia (Ted Kennedy), brothers Robert (Cheryl), Edwin (Marilyn) and Wesley (Tricia), nieces Tracey (Ken), Tricia (Kevin Craig), Meagan and nephews Robert (Kyoko), Jonathan and Kevin.

Bill will be remembered for his wit, charm, intellect, love for golf and nature. He will be sadly missed.

A funeral service will be held at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham on Sunday, January 13th with a public visitation at 2:30pm. Memorial service from 3-4pm, with reception to follow. The family will hold a burial in Brighton, Ontario this Spring.

Our family wishes to express their utmost appreciation for Dr. Bryson and the Palliative Care Team at Princess Margaret and Dr. Patterson and the Palliative Care Team at Markham Stouffville. His Doctors, Nurses and Personal Support Workers enriched his daily life over the recent years.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Princess Margaret Hospital (allocated to Pancreas Cancer Research Fund) would be appreciated by the family.
