Dear mother of Mark Connolly (Lisa) of Mississauga and David Connolly (Karen) of Port Credit.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Mark, Nicholas, Adrian, Christopher and her great-granddaughter Teagan.
A Celebration of Gwen's Life will be held at a later date. Cremation.
