HARPER, Douglas James - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas James Harper on January 17, 2019.
Douglas was born on December 16, 1927 in Toronto, Ontario to Arthur and Alice (nee Harrison) Harper.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Claudette (nee Rouillard), daughters Brenda, Michelle and Donna and son Brian.
He will be missed by his brother Arthur Harper and sister Beverley Neglia.
He was predeceased by his sister Laurie Ritchie. He will be in our hearts forever.
