LAPOINTE, Sheldon - (May 18, 1961 - January 19, 2019) - On Saturday, January 19, 2019, Sheldon LaPointe husband, son, brother, uncle and friend passed away suddenly at the age of 57.
Sheldon will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Peggy along with his father Clarence, brothers and sisters Eulaine (George), Randy, Brenda, Marlene (Bob), Darryle, Trudy (Jim), Father-in-law William, Sister-in-laws Patti Jo (John), Lynda (Andy), 19 nieces, nephews and 23 great nieces and nephews. Proceeded by his mother Mary Eileen in 2011 and his stepson Tim in 2007.
Cremation has taken place. Sheldon’s family will be receiving relatives and friends on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm at the Turner & Porter 'Neweduk-Erin Mills' Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (east of Erin Mills Pkwy). The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home at 3 pm on Thursday, January 24, 2019, followed by a reception. Burial will take place at a later date.
