Nachuk BenjaminNACHUK, Benjamin Donald  -  It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ben on Friday, February 1, 2019, after a long battle with cancer, in his 84th year.

Predeceased by his loving wife Theresa.

Survived by his children Ann Marie (Joe), Michael (Mei) and grandchildren Lauren (Chris), Tori and Morgan, Aunt Pat and Uncle Mel, Aunt Rita, Aunt Mavis, Uncle Rick, his sister Olga and sister-in-law Mary.

Also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

He will be remembered for all of his police stories, always keeping us entertained.

Ben was a member of The Metro Toronto Police Department retiring in 1989. He was still active in the Police Pensioners' meetings up until a few months before his death.

We would like to thank all of the wonderful nursing staff and doctors at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for looking after our father.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, Oakville, on Wednesday, February 6th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. James Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, February 7th at 11 a.m.
