VAN HOEKELEN-SHANTZ, Cheryl Lynn - (May 5, 1977 - March 13, 2019) - Cheryl passed away after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her family, at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Beloved daughter of Joe and Linda.
Loving mother to her daughter Zoey.
Cheryl's family would like to thank all the staff at Brampton Memorial Hospital for all the care and attention they provided to her throughout her time there, especially the staff in the palliative care unit.
Memorial Visitation will be held at Scott Funeral Home, Brampton Chapel, 289 Main Street North, Brampton, ON, on Tuesday, March 19th, from 2pm to 5pm.
For those who wish to make a donation in Cheryl's memory the family would appreciate donations to Canadian Cancer Society and to Bethel Hospice.
