HULL, Priscilla Anne (nee Ritchie, Thomas) - (May 22, 1923May 10, 2019)

On May 10, 2019, Priscilla Anne Hull, the last of "The Ritchie Girls," passed quietly and peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord just shy of her 96th birthday.

Priscilla was the loving and beloved mother of Wayne (Elaine) and Mark (Laurie) Thomas of Simcoe, Ontario and Greg (Liz) Thomas of the island of Bequia in The Grenadines and the devoted wife of Dr. Robert Hull of Aurora, Ontario.

She leaves behind with all of her love, her grandchildren, Mason and Adam Thomas and Maggie and Daniel Cooper (Wayne), Michael and Kirk Thomas (Mark) and Shannon, Sean, Melissa, Amanda and Brian Stubbington (Greg) and her great grandchildren Reese, Ivy, Farrah, Willa, Elliott, Brittney, Breanna, Alex, Joshua and Brian. Her legacy will endure in the hearts of all she touched.

Priscilla will rejoin her sisters Rosie Haywood, Mary Weir, Theresa Ferris, Marge Bates, Flo Ritchie and brother Charlie in the Kingdom of Heaven. The place will never be the same.

Visitation will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South in Aurora, Ontario from 1 - 3 p.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14th, followed immediately by a service and celebration of life conducted by Pastor Alan Butryn of the Aurora Community Church. A reception will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home after the service.

Interment of Priscilla’s ashes will be a private family affair held at a later date at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre in Willowdale.

Our deepest thanks go to the staff of Southlake Regional Health Centre and the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket for the wonderful care they provided during Priscilla’s final days and to Kingsway Arms Retirement Residence for their service and care over the last few years of Mom’s life.

A special word of appreciation to Pastor Alan Butryn for his unwavering dedication to Mom during her final days and to Lynne Crouter, whose love and companionship brought immeasurable joy to the final years of Mom’s life.

In place of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Margaret Bahen Hospice, 653 Queen St. Newmarket, ON L3Y 2J1
