GENDRON, Michel Jean-Marie - At age 66, with his wife and children at his side, passed away peacefully at his home during the early morning hours of May 10th, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Jan, sons Chris (Melissa), Jason and Bryan (Courtney), granddaughter Maggie and fuzzy kids Oakley and Rigby.
Michel bravely battled cancer over the past nine years while managing to live an incredibly full life despite the hardships often associated with the treatments. Michel’s greatest joy in life (besides the HABS and the Beatles!) was to make people laugh and to ensure that everyone was having fun both at work and at play. Michel has provided countless memories for us to look back on to help us through the tough road ahead.
Memorial visitation will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket, On, on Tuesday, May 14th, from 5pm to 8pm. Memorial service at the funeral home, on Wednesday, May 15th, at 12pm, followed by reception at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Southlake Regional Health Centre directed to the Stronach Regional Cancer Center would be greatly appreciated.
