WAKILEH, Samir - (June 14, 1940 - May 13, 2019) - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Samir Wakileh. Samir passed away in the arms of his beloved wife Caroline and surrounded by his adoring children Carmen, Angela, Melissa and Michael. Samir fought a courageous battle after suffering a traumatic injury at home. Sadly our beloved Samir succumb to his injuries on May 13, 2019.
Born in Jaffa Palestine he immigrated to Canada in 1969.
He was a hardworking devoted husband for over 42 years and proud father and father in-law. Samir will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home 'Brampton' Chapel, (289 Main Street North) on Thursday May 16, 2019 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of Scott Funeral Home on Friday May 17, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Private Cremation.
In lieu of flowers, Donations in loving memory of Samir to the Sunnybrook Hospital – Trauma Unit would be greatly appreciated by the family.
