IACOBUCCI, Carmela - With great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother Carmela Iacobucci. God called on Carmela on Saturday, May 18, 2019 and she passed away peacefully at Baycrest Hospital.
She leaves behind her beloved husband Giacomo Iacobucci.
Loving mother of John (Diane) and Jerry.
Devoted Nonna of Julie (Jason) and Laura (Graeme).
Cherished great grandmother of Ella, Alexis, and Jack.
Carmela will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
May she Rest in Peace.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm. The service will take place at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 811 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 at 10:00am.
