DA SILVA, Manuel Vilela - God called Manuel Da Silva on June 19th at the age of 73. He is reunited in heaven with his loving parents Isaura and João, and his dear brother and sister, José and Rosa.
Beloved husband of Francisca.
Proud father of Delfina, Sameiro (Manuel), Fátima (Duarte), Virginia (Adão), Manuel (Val), Rosa (Joaquim), Joe (Nela) and Sara (Nelson).
Cherished grandfather of Kevin (Maisaa), Michael (Avery), Sandra (Ricky), Ashley, Samantha (Dylan), Philip, Jordan, Duarte, Patricia, Julianne, Ciara, Aiden, Ian and Mya. Loving great grandfather of Gabriella, Lauren and Leo.
He will be forever missed by his loving siblings Maria, Delfina, António, Adão and Conceição.
Manuel will be held dear in the hearts of his many relatives, and friends.
Visitations will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home 'Toronto Chapel' (2080 Dufferin St., north of Rogers Rd.) on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday June 24, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church (1481 Dufferin Street). Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Avenue West).
Donations in memory of Manuel can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
