CHOI, Ho-Kuen - Beloved husband, father and grandfather - passed away at home on June 19, 2019, surrounded by his family.
After living with cancer for over six years, Ho-Kuen concluded his journey with us in this life to start his new journey. Ho-Kuen will be remembered for his hospitality and first class dishes that delighted family and friends.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Yin Fun, children Hon, Sally, and Mike, daughters-in-law Sally and Isabel, and grandchildren Winston, Allison, and Isla.
