DO PADRE, Zacarias Fernandes - God called Zacarias peacefully at home on Tuesday June 25, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.
Forever missed by his loving wife Blandina.
Cherished father to Dina (Tony) and Gorete (Celestino). Proud grandfather of Paul (Natasha), Sarah, David and Julia and great grandfather to Carter.
Loving brother of Franklin. Zacarias is pre-deceased by his siblings Manuel, Maria, Ana, Adelino and Rosario.
He will be missed by his extended family and many friends.
Visitations will be held on Friday June 28, 2019 from 5-9 p.m. at the Vescio Funeral Home (2080 Dufferin St, north of Rogers Road ). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church (10 Pauline Ave ). Burial to take place in Portugal at a later date.
In memory of Zacarias, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
