RIGO, Anna Maria - Age 92, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020, at her residence.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Dino Rigo.
She was the loving Mother of Lieta Manistre (John) and Norma Wright (Ron) and the caring Nonna of Anthony Manistre (Jessica), Victoria Yu (Charles) and Michael Wright.
Anna was born May 24, 1928 in Bannia, Italy. She immigrated with her infant daughter Lieta to Canada in 1956 and joined her husband in Fort William (Thunder Bay) Ontario.
They retired to the Kitchener/Waterloo area in 1985 and made their final move to Vaughan in 2014.
Anna was a homemaker who was always busy -- cooking, gardening, crafting, caring for the family pets and animals. She never happier than when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren spending time together, sharing a meal and making memories. She will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation and the service are by invitation.
