Kelley EileenKELLEY, Amy 'Eileen' - OUR HEARTS ARE BROKEN BUT YOUR SOUL IS FREE

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we are letting go of our beloved Amy Eileen Kelley.

She was in her 97th year, born on July 2, 1924 in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. She was welcomed in her Lord’s kingdom when He took her gently into His arms on March 15, 2021.

Eileen was predeceased by her parents Roy and Olive Dowe and her siblings Dorothy and Russell. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Orville Arthur Kelley.

She is survived by her two sons Wayne (Kathy) and Garry (Darlene). Cherished Grandma and Grams of Alexander (Katrina), Christopher (Kelly), Amanda, Ryan (Miranda), Kathryn (Andrew), her two Great-Grandsons (GG), Evan and Rowan.

Eileen will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives and many friends. She enjoyed many hobbies such as travelling, reading, sewing, knitting and many more. She was a faithful and dedicated servant to her Lord right to the end. She was a member of the Baptist Women of Ontario and Quebec, Lucy Jones Group where she received a Baptist Missionary Dominion Life Membership in 1973. Up to her 95th year, she was delivering the Toronto Star Santa Boxes to underprivileged children in the city.

The family would like to send a sincere “Thank You” to all the doctors, nursing staff and team members at Michael Garron Hospital (East General Hospital) for their care and compassion during Eileen’s stay.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a very private and controlled funeral service. Arrangements and Funeral Livestream are entrusted with Giffen-Mack funeral home, Danforth chapel.
