IANNETTA, Assunta (Priolo) - With sadness, we announce the passing of Assunta on March 17, 2021 at the age of 82.
Cherished wife to Antonio and beloved mother of Luana and Salvatore.
She will be remembered as a proud nonna to her five grandchildren, Isabella, Angelica, Gabriel, Emerald, and Devin.
Her new God-given wings will guide her now as guardian angel to those she always called “her heart” in life.
Assunta’s memory will forever be carried by her family and her many friends in Canada, the United States, and Italy. She will be missed. May she rest in peace, knowing she was fiercely loved.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, attendees will need to reserve a time slot for visitation. A private funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Assunta will be laid to rest in Toronto
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
