(Paul Anka) Dad passed away last Saturday in his 89th year.
With the assistance of Medical Assistance In Dying and the compassionate care from dedicated Physicians and Nurses, he did it his way.
Predeceased by the love of his life Beverly Ann Steeves Wardrop.
Dad was a vibrant, loving, accomplished human being.
He was imperfectly perfect and we loved him so.
"A little while and I will be gone from among you, whither I cannot tell.
From nowhere we come, into nowhere we go.
What is life?
It is a flash of a firefly in the night, it is the breath of a buffalo in the winter time.
It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the Sunset".
