Doug, in his 81st year, husband of the late Marilyn and beloved companion of Patricia Mitchell.
Loving father of Paul (Karan), Robert (Laura) and Rick (Tara).
Cherished grandpa of Michael, Ashleigh, Adam, Devan and Logan.
Dear brother of Gale (Colin) McLachlan, Mark (Sandra) Knisley and Cliff (Jenny) Knisley.
Doug was also predeceased by his sister Barbara and by his brother Bill
A celebration of Doug's life will be held in the chapel at the Jones Funeral Home, Georgetown, on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, please call the funeral home to register to attend the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Steadman House, Brantford would be greatly appreciated.
