SAUNDERS, Dorothy (nee MacISAAC) - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Dorothy Saunders, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the age of 95.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Harold R. Saunders in 2015.
Loving mother to Harold (Christine) and Colleen Campbell (Wilf).
Cherished grandmother to Katie and David Saunders.
Dorothy will also be missed by her extended family members on the East Coast. The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude to Dr. Dennis Jiang and nurse John Paul P. at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Dr. Charles Van Baardwijk at Joseph Brant Hospital, Dr. Marion Lyver at Under Pressure Inc. - Hyperbaric Treatment Centre, family physician Dr. Vance Pegado, and all of the PSWs and nurses at Community Care Access Centre in Burlington for their exceptional care and compassion.
Visitation at Smith's Funeral Home, Burlington, on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:30 a.m..
