FREITAS, Jose - Jose Freitas was called home into the hands of God on August 16, 2021. Jose died surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on May 29th, 1922 in Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal.
Jose was a hard-working, kind, and loving family man. He was our superman. He did everything to make sure his family was taken care of. He worked in construction for most of his life, then retired at 65.
Jose and his loving wife Maria travelled back and forth from Portugal to Canada for many years. They finally decided to settle down in Canada with their loving family.
Jose was a very special strong man. Not even a bullet could hold him down.
He is survived by his children Ana, Carlos, Osvaldo and Joe. Jose will be greatly missed by his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by his son-in-law, and daughters-in-law.
He will be truly missed and, in our hearts, forever.
He will be reunited with his parents, brothers, sisters, and his beloved wife Maria.
Arrangements are entrusted with Scott funeral home, Mississauga chapel.
