CLARK, Maria Rose 'Rose-Marie' (nee POPESCU) - (March 14, 1943 - August 17, 2021)
Maria Rose "Rose-Marie" Clark was a beloved wife to Doug; and treasured mother to Julia, Valerie, and her husband Peter.
Rose-Marie enjoyed languages, painting, singing, gardening, and sewing.
A former school teacher, her devotion to her children and intense spirituality were inspiring to those who knew and loved her.
She was fiercely loyal and her unwavering support invigorated her husband to reach his full potential.
A hearty lady of Romanian descent, Rose-Marie passed on her emotional expressiveness to her family.
She laughed loudly and often. Rose-Marie's spirit brimmed with creativity, and she fostered this in her children as well. She never lost her sense of child-like wonder at the world around her, and inspired many to dig deep into loving and pursuing the Jesus she so adored.
Arrangements are entrusted with Thompson funeral home, Aurora. A private memorial service will be held in her garden.
