Kingelin ClareKINGELIN, Clare Gwendolyn (nee ADAMS)   -  Forever Loved and Missed   December 19, 1941 - September 3, 2021

Clare passed away peacefully, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, ON, after a brief illness.

Loved and deeply missed by her children Alison, Julianne (Todd Cunningham), and Laura, and her beloved dog, Carter.

Clare was an adoring and proud grandmother to Gwen and Rachel, and aunt to many.

She will be lovingly remembered by Don Lindsay, a devoted friend of over 50 years.

Predeceased by her parents Albert "Ed" Adams and Dorothy Maude; siblings Mary, Jean, Tom, David, Judy; birth parents Herbert Davies and Vera Fryer; Davies siblings; and niece Jackie.

Clare was a veteran of the CAF and Registered Nurse for many years in Long-Term Care and Palliative Oncology, volunteered at Food Banks, and taught English to newcomers' children.

Clare was a feminist and advocate for equality for all. She enjoyed travel, sports, reading, gardening, knitting, and sewing. Clare will be interred at St. James Anglican Cemetery in Toronto.

At her request, a celebration of life will be held in lieu of a funeral.

A memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
