LEICHT, Kathryn Belle (nee AITKENHEAD) - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our most beloved Kathryn on August 13, 2021.
A loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, and colleague, Kathryn's life was a gift to all of us.
Her heart was filled with so much love, joy, warmth, kindness, and generosity.
Her sparkling blue eyes and beautiful smile will forever be cherished by all who loved her and knew her.
So full of life and adventure, she was also the strongest and most courageous woman we've ever known.
She was the epitome of grace and dignity.
Kathryn had a brilliant mind and received her LL.B from the University of Western Ontario and LL.M from Dalhousie University before enjoying a successful career with RBC.
Kathryn will be loved forever by her most beloved husband Paul and her wonderful son Connor, her pride and joy.
She will be missed by her brothers Martin (Denise), John (Bev), Andrew, her nephews Micheal and Liam, her niece Cailey and her many friends and colleagues.
She was predeceased by her parents Andy and Bernice.
A celebration of Kathryn's beautiful life will take place September 18, 2021.
