CIANFARANI, Luigi - Surrounded with love, it is with deep sorrow the family of Luigi Cianfarani announce his peaceful passing at home on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Beloved husband of Colleen (nee. Dawson).
Loving father to Laurie Tanti (Steve), Kathie Cianfarani and Susie Cianfarani.
Cherished grandfather to Selina and Alana Tanti.
Dear brother to Jenny Simone (late Luigi), Angelo Cianfarani (late Grete), brother-in-law to the late Bill Dawson (Darlene), brother-in-law to the late Frank Dawson (Brenda) and well-loved uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
He will also be missed by his loyal furry companion “Nitro”.
Special thanks to the Dorothy Ley Hospice palliative care team that provided outstanding support, and a big thank you to the PSW’s that took care of him as if he were their own father.
He will be missed by family, friends, and neighbors and all who knew him.
Funeral services will be private family only.
In loving memory of Luigi, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
