BRANCATI, Stephen - March 15, 1952 - October 31, 2021
Peacefully at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare Hospital, Toronto after a courageous battle with cancer.
Much missed by his partner Peter Murchison.
Predeceased by his parents and brothers Gary and Michael.
Survived by his brother Frank.
Stephen worked for many years in Seniors' Health and Social Services with organizations such as Home Instead and Community Care East York.
Stephen's passions included animal care, natural art, and Kayaking in Haliburton and Lake Ontario.
We wish to recognize the thoughtfulness and special care Stephen received at the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care, Bridgepoint, and the earlier care of the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre, and of the Homecare Nursing Services that we were provided by Spectrum and Saint Elizabeth Healthcare.
Memorial donations can be made to the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research in aid of the treatment of throat cancer.
