Castrilli RosaCASTRILLI, Rosa (nee ABETE)   - Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, November 11, 2021, surrounded by family.

Born on September 11, 1923, in Santa Anastasia (Naples), Italy, she was witness to wars, reconstruction and growth.

An art student, she married Adolfo Castrilli and immigrated to Canada in the late 1950s, where together they established a number of successful businesses and raised their two daughters, Annamarie and Marilena, and became grandmother to Alexandra, Evan, Stefanie, Sara and Lucas, and great-grandmother to Samantha, Megan, Hayden, and Isaiah. She will be missed by all.

Arrangements with Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York on Friday, November 19, 2021. A memorial service will follow with interment in Richmond Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Castrilli Family Scholarship at the University of Toronto.
