Arbuckle RichardARBUCKLE, Richard Allan   -   Peacefully with his wife by his side, on December 5, 2021 at the age of 57.

Beloved husband of Leena.

Cherished father of Erich, Tory, Declan and Valentina.

Adored son of George and Sandra Arbuckle, dearly missed by brother, Andy (Carrie), sister, Alyson, sisters-in-law Lisa (Cam) and Silvia (Rajiv), and his many nephews and nieces.

Richard was born in Halifax, grew up in Batawa and Wooler, Ontario.

With a strong work ethic even as a young teenager, he worked various jobs from a farm hand to a reservist with the army.

He later moved to Toronto and had a successful career in investment and commercial banking.

Richard adored his family, was kind, generous and intelligent. He had a sharp sense of humour and great one-liners.

Richard enjoyed the outdoors and could build anything with his hands. He was a musician at heart and played a mean air guitar, drums and piano. He was also known to watch the same movie many, many times because he liked to rest his eyes often. Richard was one of a kind.

To his family and friends, the world will be a less interesting place without him.

He will be deeply missed.

A private service will be held for the family at Richard's request.

Memorial donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital.
