HADLEY, Richard Neil, BSc, P.Eng - Former Buildings Commissioner for the City of Toronto, Richard ("Dick") passed quietly in his home at the age of 96 on December 12, 2021.
Predeceased by Mona Hadley, beloved father of Richard and Lynn Hadley and loving grandfather of Jennifer and Robert.
Although he resided in Toronto, his heart belonged to the Temagami area where he spent as much time as possible. Richard loved to canoe, ski and was devoted to his family and pets.
You were a man of great wisdom, intelligence and humour.
You'll be greatly missed, dad.
