1930 - 2024
It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Helena Cymek née Brzostowska on Monday, January 1, 2024, at the age of 93.
Helen was predeceased by her husband, Ted and was the loving mother of Andy and his wife, Angela; Elizabeth and her husband, Alan and Donna (predeceased).
Her role as Babcia to Andrew (Brigitte), Jennifer (Graeme), Jonathan (Christina) and Kathleen (Jason), and Prababcia to Ivy, Sophia and Grace brought immeasurable joy and pride to her life.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Ridley Funeral Home, located at 3080 Lakeshore Boulevard West in Toronto on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Teresa's Catholic Church (100 Tenth Street), on Thursday at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
