ORSINO, Grace  -  Grace passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at the age of 92.

Predeceased by her adoring and beloved husband, Joe.

Cherished and beloved mother of Philip (Robin) and Linda (Elfio).

Loving grandmother of Joey (Tara), Robert (Alex) and Carla-Grace (Diego).

Proud great-grandmother of Graziella, Viviana and James. Dearly loved by Helen. Predeceased by her brother, Bruce Cisterna and his wife, Evelyn.

Cherished by all extended family and friends. Grace's home from childhood was a gathering place for dinners and celebrations with family and friends.

Her home was filled with music, including singing, the playing of the piano, the accordion, guitars, and until his passing, her father's mandolin.

Grace loved going to live performances and concerts; from the greatest hits of the day to opera and the classics, Grace had an appreciation for it all. But, her greatest passion was her family and she will be remembered for the boundless love that she had for them.

The family is deeply grateful for the medical care and compassion provided by Dr. Aamir Haq and the Palliative care team of the Dorothy Ley Hospice, and for Grace's personal caregiver, Eyah Tilitile.

A funeral service will be held at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

For those who wish, donations may be made to the UHN Foundation (uhnfoundation.ca/tri bute, (416) 603-5300), in memory of Grace Orsino. Forever in our hearts. Rest in peace Mom.
