Francisco BruceFRANCISCO, Bruce Everett Francisco  -  Born in 1941 St. Clair, MI, passed peacefully into heaven on March 28, 2024, surrounded by his family.

As an accomplished artist, father, coach and teacher, Bruce exemplified the teachings of Christ, dedicating himself to helping others and fostering community.

His move to Canada in 1971 with his devoted wife, Liz (née Hayhoe), ignited a lifelong passion for capturing the outdoors and reflecting the joy of family life in his paintings.

Bruce's legacy extends to his children, Jane (Colin Faulkner), Scott (Sarah Wilson), and Julia (Malcolm Shaw) and his grandchildren, Greydon, Emilie, Peter and Paul – who embody his love, curiosity and kindness. Bruce co-founded a mission and school in Myanmar, rescuing and supporting children in need.

Bruce's analytical mind and fascination with people enriched his life, reflecting a journey of unwavering positivity and faith.

A celebration of Bruce's life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Erindale Bible Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to MYANMAR Tachileik Children's Home, (int-ccm.com/bruce) the mission so close to Bruce's heart.
