OGAKI, Kenneth Ogaki "Jiichan" - Passed away on May 3, 2024. Born on December 13, 1952, in Toronto.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his wife, Jane; children, Shane (Fran), Tyler, and Carly (Chike).
A proud Jiichan to his five grandchildren: Maximilian, Madison, Camden, Owen and Cai. His sister, Iris; two nephews; and his many cousins, near and far.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Prague Restaurant on Scarborough Golf Club Road, from 1-4 p.m., where family and friends can share memories and toast to Ken's beautiful life.
Extreme Ken will be remembered for living life to the fullest, embracing all adventures from marathons in Morocco to skiing in the alps and beyond. He was a loving husband, father, Jiichan, and dear friend.
His stories, wisdom, and the warmth of his company will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, and to honour his special place with his grandchildren, donations can be made in Ken's honour to the Toronto Zoo. Alternatively, the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
