WORTH, Patricia Dee (nee ROBBIE)  - 1931 - 2017  Pat passed away at home on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

She leaves her husband Don and sons Ken (Michèle) and David as well as her granddaughter Maya (Michel) and her sisters Betty Ann (deceased), Judy and Cathy (Don).

As the daughter of an OPP Officer she was destined to live in many towns in Ontario including Dunnville, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Kincardine, Cochrane and Timmins. The early years of Pat and Don's 65+ years of marriage took them to Sault Ste. Marie, Parral Chihuahua, Thetford Mines, Caledonia and Ste. Marie du Lac Noir before ending up in Toronto where he was employed by CIBC as a Mining Specialist.

Pat worked as a Lab Technician for the Ontario Government in Timmins and then for Statistics Canada in Toronto. Her other activities included serving as President of the Women's Association of the Mining Industry of Canada (1977-78) and as a choir member at Oriole York Mills United Church (now Bayview United).

She was a staunch Blue Jays fan right from opening day. There will be a service held in her honour on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Bayview United Church 2609 Bayview Ave., Toronto, followed by a reception in Fellowship Hall. A contribution to the Church would be gratefully accepted. Private interment will take place on October 24th, at York Cemetery.
