PELL, Robert Louis  - Born February 17, 1931.

Entered immortality October 31, 2017 surrounded by the loving embrace of his family, leaving behind his beloved wife of 66 years Barbara.

And his grateful children Robert Joseph, Cheryl, Patrick and Timothy and their spouses Lynn, Brian and Denese.

Special thanks to Rita for all the sweets, sauce and soups. The most loving, kind and generous Poppa to Melissa, Luke, Jessica, Robert and Steven. Best pal to Oliver.

Son of Robert Gordon and Mary Burke, Bob was of old Toronto stock. Forever cherished by his siblings Shirley, Marjorie, Yvonne, Douglas, Daniel and Charles and their spouses Dennis, Carol, Rosemary and Judy. Predeceased by his dearest sisters Bette, Alberta and June.

Special thanks to Ed for the good times. Robert enjoyed a lengthy career with Federal Pioneer Electric, later Schneider Canada where he formed lifelong friendships with many of his colleagues.

A true gentleman, he never failed to offer a kindness to those in need. He was our strength and stay. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sandy Buchman and Nurse Alexei Koslov for their kind attendance. Private interment with celebration of life to be announced later. Floral tributes gratefully declined.

Donations to daily Food Bank, Hospital for Sick Children or the Canadian Cancer Society most welcome.
