BOYLE, June - It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the completion of the life well lived by June Boyle at 96 years young in Burlington, Ontario.
Mom was born on June 15, 1921 in London, Ontario. June Boyle was a well-loved mother to her four daughters and their spouses: Sue and Gene Chelsey, Mary Jane Stewart, Nancy and Paul Byrne and Patricia Boyle and Doug Griffiths; grandmother to Matthew, Corinne, Ted, John, Cathleen, Jason, Nora and Robert; great-grandmother to Jacob, Joshua, Katie, Jack, Lauren, Abby, Brendan, Mia, Daniel, and Aiden.
An eleventh great-grandchild is expected to arrive in December. Mom is survived by her brother Peter Taylor of Qualicum Beach, BC. Jack Boyle and June Taylor's lifelong romance began with their union in 1943 and did not diminish with Dad's passing in 1991.
Mom and Dad's example of love and devotion to one another was an inspiration to their daughters. As Mom's twilight years advanced, she moved into Christopher Terrace where she received loving and compassionate care.
Mom's final days were spent resting at Carpenter House where her loving and compassionate care continued. Reunited with Dad.
