Joyce was born in McCreary, Manitoba and attended university in Winnipeg, where she met the love of her life, Don.

She worked for many years for the Regina Public Library and was a passionate cook, skier, camper and Rider fan. Joyce displayed incredible strength and perseverance during her recovery from a stroke in 1999.

She continued to show her adventurous spirit by travelling to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Mexico, Hawaii and Brazil.

Thank you to the amazing staff of Delmanor Wynford, Mosaic Home Care, Circle of Care, St. Elizabeth Health Care and the Temmy Latner Centre.

Celebrations of Joyce's life will take place at Delmanor Wynford Retirement Home on Friday, November 17th, at 7:00 p.m. and on a future date in Regina.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
