McQUEEN, Barbara - January 21, 1923 - November 15, 2017
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Sunnybrook Hospital on November 15, 2017, in her 95th year.
Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Alan (1982).
Loving mother of Peter and mother-in-law of Jenny.
The family extends a very warm thank you to Barbara's loving caregivers Mezan, Chris and Bibi and to all the wonderful staff at The Wexford.
She will be dearly missed by her longtime friend Olga.
Barbara was an avid ballroom dancer, lawn bowling expert and loved and cared for all those around her. She spent her final years at The Wexford where she was formerly the President of the Tenant's Association and a member of the choir.
A celebration of Barbara's life will be held in the chapel at The Wexford (1860 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough) on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 2 p.m.
