JENKINS, Susan Linda - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Susan, after a brief battle with colon cancer, on Friday, November 10, 2017, at the age of 79.
Susan was the beloved wife of Bob, who predeceased her in 2014.
Susan is survived by her two sons Andrew (Pam) and Greg (Deanna) and grandchildren Piper, Laurel, Mara, Sam and Scott.
She is also survived by her two sisters Sal (Charles) Kennedy and Kate (Frank) Rogers and brother Ned (Bernice) Jones. Susan loved to play bridge, go to the cottage and spend time with her friends.
Her passing leaves a huge hole in our family and her kindness, compassion and friendship will be missed by all who knew her. Friends may call on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street).
A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mackenzie Health Foundation.
