MULLIGAN, Joseph George - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph George Mulligan in his 84th year on November 19, 2017, in Toronto, peacefully with his dearly beloved wife and caregiver Jean at his side.
Joseph was the beloved son of the late Helen and Joseph Mulligan of Welland, Ontario and the loving brother of the late Gerard (Theresa) and William (Judy).
Joseph is survived by his wife Jean Shirley Mulligan (nee Kirk) and his dear brothers Father James, C.S.C. and Murray (Jan). Joseph will be missed by his loving sons Terry (Karen), Darrin (Joanna), and Chris (Carolin).
Joseph was the loving grandfather of Sean, Callista, Dylan, Misha, and Sasha, and the loving great-grandfather of Ayden. Joe will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews.
Toronto visitation to take place on Thursday November 23rd from 7 to 9 p.m. with Prayer Vigil at 7 p.m. at Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W, Etobicoke.
Welland visitation to take place on Friday November 24th from 7 to 9 p.m. at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence, 19 Young St, Welland, ON.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday November 25th at 10 a.m. at the Parish Community of St. Kevin, 303 Niagara St., Welland, ON, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Welland.
