Habib SamuelHABIB, Samuel J.  - Died peacefully on December 10, 2017 at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto.

Born November 8, 1930 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario to Elias and Hadla Habib (Dabous).

A teacher by trade, some of his accomplishments included being a member of the Boy Scout Movement, an Air Cadet and a member of the Anglican Church and a long-standing member of St. Timothy's Anglican Church.

He enjoyed bowling, badminton, curling and spending summers at his cottage in Haliburton with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Irmgard, daughters Andrea, Janice and Lesley (Jay), granddaughter Allison (Brad) and grandsons Kevin and Christopher.

Predeceased by all his siblings, Eva, Margaret, Frances, Helen, Mamie, Norman and Eddie.

A funeral service will be held at ST. TIMOTHY'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 100 Orchard Grove, Toronto, on Thursday, December 14th at 1 p.m.
