HAMILTON, Catharine Martha Doreen (Dunlop) - Passed away January 10, 2018 in her 84th year.
Born in Picton, Ontario, September 6, 1933.
Mom worked many jobs over her life, most notably for the Canadian Forces.
Mom will be remembered for her love and dedication to her family, particularly her grand and great-grandchildren, her love of music, art and guitar.
Predeceased by her parents, David and Isabel Dunlop, sisters Marj, Ruth, Grace and May; husband Ted, son Bradley and daughters Cathy and Jennifer.
Will be lovingly missed by brother Ted (Lucy), children: Ed (Sylvia), Jamie, Elizabeth, Cyndy (Clyne), Andy, Lisa and Laura-Lee, Sherry and Sanca; grandchildren and their spouses: Lee, Christopher, Joshua, Jessica, Amy, Cameron, Clara Lee, Alex, Jamal, Joseph and Julia, great-grandchildren: Sylvia, Brittany, Emma, Haley, Hannah, Elijah, Lauren, Lawlor and Isabella Ivy; The Cole, Dolby, Edmonson, Garrett, Hughes, Jackson, McEathron, Oxley, Richards, Tripp and Young families; nieces and nephews: Carol (June), Gary (Barb), Peter, Darlene (Barry), Heather (Mike) and many other special family and friends.
A special thank you to the staff at the Craiglee Nursing Home who cared for Mom and supported our family.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018, from 1-6 p.m., at the New Casa Abril Restaurant, 475 Oakwood Avenue, Toronto.
