SERRAO, Lorenzo - Passed away after a courageous battle with myelofibrosis surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 59.
Cherished husband and soulmate of 37 years to Annette (nee Giardino) and caring and devoted father to Robert (Sareen) and Michael (Lucy and son Anthony).
Beloved son to Assunta and the late Gioacchino and loving brother to Giovanna.
Adored son-in-law to Mary and the late Sam Giardino and amazing brother-in-law to Rose and Joanne and uncle to Daniel and Stephan. Nephew to Diego (Concetta) who had a special role in his life. Lorenzo will be deeply missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and many friends near and far.
The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 18th and Friday, January 19th. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place within the funeral home Chapel, on Saturday, January 20th at 10:30 a.m.
