DEALHOY, George Edward - August 13, 1939 – February 5, 2018
After a brief and unexpected illness George passed away February 5, 2018 in his 78th year.
Son of the late George Talbot Dealhoy and Alice Dealhoy.
Very proud father to Kelley Dealhoy (Mike Jones).
Treasured Grampa to Mckinlay and Jonathan Jones.
George will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his friends and family including his brother Doug Dealhoy (Bev), his niece Megan Dealhoy and great- niece Jasmine Dealhoy.
A career teacher George never missed the opportunity for a laugh including swapping out the morning announcements for the occasional Pink Floyd song.
Later in life George was an avid gardener and enjoyed his cars. He was most at peace on the golf course – but recently spent more time scouting out the best pumpkin and tree farms for Mckinlay and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Toronto Star Christmas Fund in honour of George would be appreciated by the family.
