MILDENBERGER, Sister Johanna (Margaret Mary) - IBVM Died peacefully at Loretto Infirmary, Toronto, ON February 11, 2018, in her 101st year and her 82nd year as a member of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loretto Sisters).
Predeceased by her parents Alexander Mildenberger and Rosina Uebelhoer; her brothers John (infancy), George (Jean), Wendelin (Clara), Lawrence (Beatrice), Leo (Sally); her sisters Theresa Deck and Sr. Colombiere Mildenberger IBVM; brother-in-law John Tymura.
Survived by her sister, Rose Tymura; brother-in-law Steve Deck; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. St. Johanna taught in Guelph, Ontario; and in Weyburn, Regina, Sedley, Estevan and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Sister also served for 16 years in Parish Ministry in Estevan until she moved to Loretto Abbey in 1998.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Loretto Abbey, 101 Mason Blvd., at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018, followed by interment.
