NORMAN, Anne  - Born December 26, 1941 in Toronto, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2018 after a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Anne was a much loved and respected elementary school teacher who began her career at Kinmount Public School in 1962 followed by Warden Avenue Public School and Clairlea Public School.

Anne retired in 2001 but continued occasional teaching until 2011.

Predeceased by her husband Darrell and her sister, Mary Louise Finn.

Survived by her son Sean, daughter-in-law Maureen and grandchildren Michael, Joseph and Daniel Cowan.

Anne loved nature and her time at the cottage and combined them with her passion for photography. Coboconk was her second home and she spent most of every summer there.

Anne will be missed by her many friends at St. John's Church where she was an Elder and Clerk of Session.

Visiting at 11 a.m. and funeral service at 12 p.m. at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 415 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, on Saturday, March 10th. Reception following the service from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Bridgepoint Healthcare (10th Floor Auditorium) across from St. John's.

Donations in Anne's name to Bridgepoint Healthcare Palliative Care Unit are welcome and appreciated.
