SIMANDL, John Carley - On March 8, 2018, John passed away in Kelowna, BC at the age of 63 with his family by his side.
Loving husband of Sue (nee Saunders) and adoring father of Elaine (Vijay) and Hillary (Ian).
Predeceased by his parents, Jim and Anita Simandl. John will be sadly missed by his siblings Steve, Dave (Monique), Jim (Rosie) and Jane.
After they were married, John and Sue lived in Toronto for a number of years before being drawn to the mountains of Kelowna where they raised their family.
He was a passionate skier and motorcycle rider. His death leaves a deep void in the lives of his family and friends.
In his memory, donations to Central Okanagan Hospice House or Wounded Warriors of Canada would be appreciated.
