HANSCH, Theresa Joyce (nee BUTLER) - Passed away Monday, April 9, 2018, at Lakeridge Health in Bowmanville, surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 78.
She was born August 7, 1939 in Toronto, to the late Alexandr Butler and Antoinnette Butler, nee Steckenreiter.
She was married to her late husband Richard Hansch for over 40 years before he passed in 2004.
Theresa worked as a chocolatier at Nestle for 39 years before retiring. She was a mother of four, a grandmother of two and a great-grandma of seven, with one more on the way.
Theresa was the kind of woman that would be the first to help someone in need, she truly touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Family, friends and others whose lives Theresa touched, are invited to Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., Toronto, on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. for the viewings.
Funeral Service to be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel for a time to reminisce, grieve, support each other, chat and of course, to say goodbye.
