KEITH, Gordon Arthur  - June 18, 1948 - April 7, 2018

Gord, as everyone called him, was born in Toronto, but his real home was the family cottage at Shadow Lake, near Norland, Ontario, where he distinguished himself in his youth as a small-boat sailor.

For 30 years Gord was a film and sound editor at TVO.

As a freelancer, he edited Track Two, an indie documentary made with Jack Lemon on the 1981 Toronto Bathhouse Raids.

Gord was a devoted friend who inspired great loyalty.

After his diagnosis of Alzheimer's, the constant, loving care of John Dodds and Laura Beers enabled him to remain in his home until his peaceful death among friends and neighbours.

All those who loved him are grateful to nurse Clifford for his kind attendance during Gord's last week of life.

Gord is survived by his sisters Maggie and Louie and his brother-in law Donnie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
