ODA, Sumio Charles "Chuck" - Passed away peacefully after a brief illness on April 14, 2018 at St. Joseph's Healthcare Centre in Hamilton, at the age of 92.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years, Lily.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Jeannine (Den), Warren (Deb) and Kelvin; his grandchildren, Kyle (Joelle), JJ (Robbie), Amy, Alaina (Bruce), Alex (Jessica), Garrett and Carlye (Ian); and his great-grandchildren, Oliver, Yuriko, Eleanor and Charlie.
Uncle Chuck will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Eternal thanks are extended to the staff of Bertram Place Retirement Living Centre for their tremendous care and support, and to the staff of St. Joseph's Healthcare Centre for their truly empathetic and dedicated service.
Friends will be received by the family on Saturday, April 21st from 1:00 p.m. until the time of Chuck's Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. at the Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. Reception to follow.
